Place orders in advance (e.g., through a Patient List), and receive medications delivered and labeled for each patient, ready for the patient's appointment

Utilize a monitored stockpile of unallocated IVI injections. IVI Injections are used as needed and then patient names and medication details are recorded afterward.

Emergency Stock

Prospective Ordering and Emergency Stock Provided

  • We can provide you with a Prospective ordering process, where your staff can send us the patient list with IVI medications (ideally 2-3 days ahead), and we would deliver the IVI medications one (1) day before their procedure. The medications delivered will be individually labelled for each patient.

  • We would also provide you with ample Emergency stock -which is unallocated and unlabelled. You will be able to use them as required for late changes or additions to your list in your clinic.

  • When Emergency stock has been used, we will ask your staff to send us the details of the patient, the Emergency stock used, and which eye was injected. We would supply the Emergency stock free of charge and ensure the agreed emergency stock levels are constantly maintained and replenished.

  • For both the Prospective ordering and Emergency Stock, we would manage all your scripts and only contact your staff for any Initial/ Change of Medication prescriptions. With PRODA access, we can manage all your continuation prescriptions. We would generate all the continuation prescriptions ready for approval via our MyOneTouch system.

  • We can also integrate into your Practice Management to generate orders via your appointment book. Our simple to use Export Tools will extract the Patient details and Injection types to generate your Order and send directly to Eyevantage.

By managing all the prescriptions, EyeVantage will be able to save you and your staff considerable time and allow you to deploy your staff to other work areas in your practice.

PATIENT LINK TOOL

The Patient Link Tool has been designed to support a total paperless process with no data entry or duplication. With integration into your practice management system, it allows for a complete and accurate medication ordering process that is completely paperless and saves staff considerable time in manually recording information.

Stock is provided to the Eye clinic and available on demand. The stock is unallocated.

Once an IVI injection has been given to a patient, the order for that IVI medication is placed via the Patient Link Tool. In the Patient Link Tool, your staff/ optometrists can select the patient, medication, Doctor, and which eye was injected from drop down menus and submit these records straight to EyeVantage. This process is completely paperless.

Trusted PRODA Delegation and Initial Approvals in Minutes

  • Eyevantage owns and operates an approved PBS pharmacy and does not require our dispensing and clinical services to a be outsourced to a 3rd party supplier or 3rd party pharmacy. Thus, when you delegate PRODA approvals to our staff, we have a direct clinical relationship with your team.

  • Unlike other providers, who do not own an approved PBS pharmacy, they are required to source their dispensing services via a supply agreement with another third party pharmacy that you may not be aware of.

  • With a direct clinical relationship and trusted PRODA delegations, we can upload and prepare all your Initial IVI approvals to PRODA. This will allow you to simply logon to your PRODA account and submit the pre-loaded Initial approvals and gain instant approval.

  • The previous manual process of printing, signing and scanning PBS approval forms and OCT reports and uploading them to HPOS, and waiting for weeks for approval, can now be achieved in a matter of minutes.
